About The Position

This Part Time Housekeeper role is a key member of the Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, responsible for performing housekeeping duties to ensure plants maintain value and quality in the creation of high-quality products. The position involves cleaning and continual upkeep of the buildings, facilities, and grounds. This role is part of the Dairy Food business, which focuses on creating dairy products and improving production to add value to milk.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 6+ months of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of manufacturing or cleaning work experience
