About The Position

Arise Riverside in Austin, TX is seeking a dependable Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team! Requirements

Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right person).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Physical stamina to stand/walk for long periods, and ability to lift up to 25-35 lbs.
Friendly demeanor and professional appearance, as you will interact with residents.
Reliable transportation to and from the property.
Must pass a background check.
Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred
Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Friendly, customer-oriented personality
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
Able to work quickly without compromising quality
Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods

Responsibilities

Common Areas: Regularly clean and sanitize leasing office, lobby, clubhouse, gym and public restrooms.
Model Units/Vacant Units: Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins (deep cleaning) and keep model units pristine.
Supplies & Reporting: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries. Immediately report maintenance issues (broken lights, leaks, damages) to the Property Manager.
