Requirements

Prior experience as a Host or in a guest-facing role is strongly preferred
Strong communication skills with a polished phone manner
Friendly, engaging, and professional personality
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
A positive outlook and team-player attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while providing excellent service

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus
Experience in a high-energy, casual dining environment is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
Manage dining room reservations and coordinate seating to ensure efficient service flow
Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
Provide special services for guests celebrating special occasions
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely seating and excellent guest experiences
Assist with event coordination and special requests as directed by management
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by working well with others and providing exceptional guest service
Support the team with additional tasks as needed, including assisting with training and guest needs
