About The Position

Peak Health is seeking a Part-time (24 hours/3 days per week) Traveling Health & Wellness Nurse Coach to cover the Charlotte, NC area. The role involves traveling to assigned client employment sites to provide health evaluations for participants, including reviewing health history questionnaires, interpreting blood lab test results, and establishing individual health goals. The position requires no call and no weekends, with compensation for miles traveled daily and access to free unlimited continuing education.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nursing License for state(s) in which they meet program participants.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Working vehicle and current personal auto insurance.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Excellent motivational and coaching skills.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor.
• Experience in health coaching or wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned client employment site to provide health evaluations for participants.
• Review individually completed Health History Questionnaires.
• Review and interpret individual blood lab test results.
• Obtain individual weight, blood pressure, pulse, body fat or body mass, and fitness level.
• Establish individual goals by making recommendations for improving health risks.
• Conduct evaluations via teleconference when no site is available.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Nurse Manager.
