About The Position

The Part-time Admissions Representative provides quality customer service by assisting in the admissions process and assisting prospective and currently enrolled students in applying to a health sciences program, acquainting students with program requirements, and maintaining student files in the health sciences office.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to use information technology for professional productivity (such as Microsoft Office Suite).

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning
• Experience with Colleague.
• Experience working within a community college setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide admission support to program directors, prospective and enrolled students, explaining admission requirements and scoring for admission to students.
• Maintain student records in office and assist with transitioning paperwork to digital copies as students graduate.
• Assist in other areas of the Health Sciences office, which may include onboarding, front desk, and short-term training programs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
