About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon, the world's largest salon brand, and be one of the GREATS! Whether you're new to the industry or have years behind the chair great opportunities await!! Earn up to $70,000 a year! High Volume Salon, Flexible Hours, Established Customer Base for a 20+ year old Salon. We are the top 5% of all Great Clips salons in the Greater Philadelphia and Baltimore markets. Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest 'Effective Wage' in the market (base wage including productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week our stylists' average effective wage was $36.62.

Requirements

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
• Passion for building genuine connections with customers.
• Desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teammates.
