As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and interact with visitors and tenants, providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor access points and report any irregularities or security-related concerns according to company and site protocols.
Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding incidents and/or concerns observed during patrols.
