Lake Superior Academy is hiring a Part Time GSRP/Latch Key Aide. 3 hours per day - 5 days per week. Lake Superior Academy located in Sault Ste Marie is a tuition free public school academy serving children in grades K-5th. Lake Superior Academy's educational program includes: Multi-age classrooms Outdoor classroom/instruction Environmental focus Individualized curriculum Hands-on learning experiences utilizing Montessori educational materials Character building and peace education State certified/Montessori trained teachers All LSA applicants need to be reliable, trustworthy and ready to join a team of positive, problem solvers. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate GSRP/Latch Key Aide to support the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) in providing high-quality early childhood education. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. The GSRP Aide will work closely with the teaching staff to enhance children's educational experiences and promote their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
