About The Position

The Groundskeeper position involves working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that the community meets its appearance and operational standards. The role is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, which includes the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas. Additionally, the Groundskeeper will assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents and completing resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and other common areas.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents.
• Complete resident requests for service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
