Job Summary Oversee repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant homes, as well as the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment. Employee shall devote all of his/her working time, attention, knowledge, and skills to Employer's business interests and shall do so in good faith, with best efforts, and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Employer Employee shall also perform such other duties as are customarily performed by other persons in similar positions, as well as such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Employer. Management reserves the right to revise this position description as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance tickets are completed in a timely manner.
- Lawn care including: mowing, edging, spraying for weeds
- Plumbing knowledge including water and sewer connections/lines
- Knowledge of general maintenance protocol
- Repair and rehab mobile homes
- Painting
- Light electrical
- General park cleanup
- Will take and address after hours emergency calls and respond accordingly
