Our Company is seeking: An experienced and highly motivated Part-Time Groundskeeper for our Market Rate Apartment Community of 240 units in Atlanta, Georgia. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-2:00pm Job Type: Part-Time Job Description Summary: The Groundskeeper position is responsible for keeping the common areas clean of all debris and maintaining all inventory items in first class condition. This position is to work as a member of the maintenance department in achieving the high maintenance standards established for the common areas of the building and property.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED and one to two years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage time.

Nice To Haves

Apartment industry experience is preferred.
Maintenance knowledge of painting, landscaping, and apartment fixture repair/replacement is a plus.

Responsibilities

Cleans and maintains the property including areas such as, but not limited to: front walkways, sidewalks, decks, walkways, hallways, stairwells, office and lobby areas, patios, sport courts, pool area and furniture, garages, pet parks, and other amenities, at all times.
Empty and clean trash and garbage containers, transport trash and waste to disposal area.
Clean out vacant apartments and assist with turning units if needed.
Use blower in common areas as needed, cut and trim grass as required.
Adaptable to work in indoor and outdoor environments. Outdoor temperatures will vary.
Assignments may include physical activity, including painting, heavy lifting and climbing ladders.
Completes job neatly and cleans up work space when finished.
Provides exceptional customer service.
