About The Position

In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining the beauty and functionality of our farm's landscapes. You'll be responsible for existing features like yards, road edges, and trails, along with upcoming projects as we continue to grow.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using manual and power tools safely.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs occasionally, and 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with email communication.
• A genuine passion for creating a beautiful and functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain our lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, and irrigation systems.
• Apply fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides safely and effectively.
• Spread mulch, trim trees and hedges, and control weeds.
• Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools (loppers, saws, shovels) and power equipment (trucks, gators).
• Conduct basic irrigation audits and repairs.
• Keep the grounds free of trash, debris, and litter.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
