This posting is for a part-time, non-benefited, 12-month, 19 hours per week, non-exempt position. The Part Time Grants Coordinator provides oversight to specific grant-related projects, ensuring that project deliverables are completed as planned on time and on budget. This role demands an understanding of the importance of collaboration, joint promotion, multi-tasking, and working among agencies with different requirements.

  • Assist the grants manager with budget preparation and tracking to ensure alignment with funding requirements.
  • Support the grants manager in the development and submission of grant proposals by gathering necessary documents.
  • Help track deadlines and maintain records for grant compliance and audits.
  • Assist in identifying potential funding sources to support ongoing projects.
  • Help maintain organized records of grants and ensure adherence to guidelines.
  • Communicate with stakeholders as directed to ensure objectives and requirements are conveyed effectively.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Ability to act independently and apply creative problem-solving to analyze project processes and make sound recommendations.
  • Highly developed communication skills to function within a complex interdisciplinary environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead project teams, both in a physical and virtual team environment.
  • Strong literacy with word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, finance, public administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in grant management, budgeting, or project management is strongly preferred.
