About The Position

Panorama Dental is seeking a patient-focused Associate General Dentist for a part-time role (2 days/week) with a flexible schedule in SE Aurora, CO. The practice has proudly served the Aurora community for over 30 years, operating as a PPO and Fee-for-Service general dentistry office with a strong reputation, loyal patient base, and an exceptional team culture. The position offers clinical autonomy, allowing dentists to practice their way, within a state-of-the-art digital office equipped with modern technology like CBCT, iTero Scanner, and an Implant surgical motor. The team is highly tenured, including an Office Manager with 20+ years of leadership and 4 full-time hygienists, ensuring established patient flow and consistent demand for comprehensive care. The ideal candidate is a licensed general dentist passionate about quality patient care, comfortable with comprehensive dentistry (or eager to grow clinically), and a team-oriented professional who values long-term relationships with both patients and coworkers.

Requirements

  • Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice
  • Active DEA
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care
  • Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments
  • Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A keen business acumen and the desire to contribute to the practice’s growth and success
  • Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to dental care
  • Strong desire to contribute to a positive and collaborative practice culture
  • Licensed general dentist passionate about quality patient care
  • Comfortable with comprehensive dentistry
