About The Position
Adam & Eve Midland is excited to announce the opening of its new upscale lingerie and adult novelties boutique in Midland, TX. We are seeking enthusiastic and mature part-time and full-time Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in a fun and engaging environment. Our boutique is dedicated to offering the highest quality products while maintaining the integrity that our customers expect. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers feel comfortable discussing and exploring our adult content offerings, which requires a mature and professional demeanor. In this role, you will be expected to multi-task effectively, assisting multiple customers while managing daily tasks efficiently. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, assessing their needs, and providing detailed information about our products. You will also be tasked with achieving store sales goals, maintaining a clean and well-presented store, and building trusted relationships with our customers. While no prior experience is necessary, having a background in retail sales is a bonus. We are looking for individuals who have reliable transportation and flexible availability, as evening shifts and weekends will be required. All applicants must be over 21 years of age to ensure a comfortable shopping experience for our clientele.
