About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery of customer orders is carried out with precision and efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move boxes, with a typical weight up to 50lbs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage warehouse inventory and maintain stock levels.
  • Perform quality checks on all outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of the fulfillment area to ensure it is clean and efficient.
  • Utilize the inventory management system to update and track stock movement.
  • Address any order discrepancies or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss improvements and streamline processes.
