About The Position

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Fulfillment Specialist to support the growing Scribble Tees product line. This role is responsible for accurately fulfilling and preparing customer orders for shipment, especially following trade shows when order volume spikes. This is a long-term, part-time position designed to bring consistency, ownership, and efficiency to our fulfillment process as the business continues to grow.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
• Reliable and shows up consistently
• Able to follow processes and check their own work
• Can move efficiently without rushing or cutting corners
• Comfortable lifting boxes and being on their feet for periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Prior fulfillment, warehouse, or shipping experience is helpful but not required. We're more interested in accuracy, reliability, and ownership

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare Scribble Tees orders for shipment
• Verify correct SKUs, sizes, designs, and quantities
• Assemble kits when required (shirts, inserts, packaging, etc.)
• Fold, bag, label, and box orders according to standards
• Prepare orders to meet required ship dates
• Double-check accuracy before orders ship
• Flag any issues with inventory, defects, or discrepancies
• Maintain clean, organized fulfillment areas
• Work closely with internal team members to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
• Communicate clearly if timelines, inventory, or issues arise
• Assist with post–trade show order surges as needed
• Learn and follow established fulfillment processes
• Help identify small improvements to speed, accuracy, or organization over time
