About The Position

As a Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality customer service while ensuring the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and pulling merchandise for delivery, assisting customers and staff, and ensuring that products are accurately accounted for and delivered on time. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to safety as you will frequently lift and move merchandise throughout your shift.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
• 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer.
• 6 months experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Pull and prepare merchandise for delivery or pick up, ensuring accuracy and good condition.
• Assist customers and staff in loading merchandise into vehicles, including large appliances.
• Engage in conversations with associates to ensure correct products are delivered on time.
• Verify invoices against loaded products to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure deliveries are ready upon truck arrival.
