Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, concierge, or guest services preferred
  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using reservation systems, POS systems, and basic computer programs
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and members warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming first impression
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, club services, events, and local recommendations
  • Assist members and guests with reservations, requests, and special accommodations
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, events, and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments using POS and reservation systems
  • Support event operations when needed, including light event setup or guest coordination
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
