Additionally, the individual will drive sales by up-selling rooms and amenities, follow company procedures for cash handling and financial transactions, and ensure proper use of equipment while adhering to cost controls to reduce expenses and waste. The role requires planning, organizing, and prioritizing work duties to produce the required volume of work, attending all required department and hotel meetings, and maintaining a clean and safe work area in compliance with regulations. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures is also necessary.
