As a team member at Michaels, you will build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Your role will involve helping customers shop our store and find what they’re looking for, all while providing a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. You will adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements, executing company policies and standards. Embracing and executing personal design will be key as you deliver to build relationships with all customers while creating custom framing solutions and achieving sales and production results. You will complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time, maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, and deliver friendly customer service. Your responsibilities will also include participating in the truck unload and stocking processes, operating the cash register, and assisting with omni-channel processes.
