About The Position

Penn State Brandywine Housing and Food Services is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual for a part-time Food Service Worker opening. This role will primarily support the operation of our on-campus coffee shop, as well as assist with general kitchen preparation and catering support.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for food service excellence.
• Prior food service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer questions about menu items and specials.
• Prepare and serve beverages following standardized recipes.
• Serve food items and maintain display areas.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain high standards for beverage preparation and presentation.
