About The Position

The Floor Supervisor is an entry-level management position at Calvin Klein, responsible for the overall performance of the store. This role involves assisting Store Management with generating sales potential, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining store appearance, and controlling expenses and shortages. The Floor Supervisor plays a crucial role in maximizing sales volume, maintaining visual presentation standards, and ensuring customer service is the top priority.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales volume
• Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with division philosophy
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Sales Associates
• Develop proficiency in all operational policies and procedures
• Manage time and prioritize tasks
• Ensure customer service is the #1 priority
• Supervise the sales floor to ensure customer/associate awareness
• Understand and create awareness of factors impacting sales volume
• Motivate and develop associates to meet goals/objectives
• Delegate activities and follow-up on all directions
• Demonstrate teamwork within the store and company
• Lead by example and take initiative
• Demonstrate a professional image and conduct
• Follow specific divisional dress code policy
• Ensure store staff is treated professionally and respectfully
• Involve store staff in accomplishing store goals
• Communicate staff concerns to management
• Execute and follow-up on all operational policies and procedures
• Ensure accuracy in all paperwork
• Maintain store appearance to reflect division standards
• Replenish merchandise on a timely basis
• Keep management informed of merchandise-related issues
• Execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed
• Interpret and execute floor plans and guidelines
