About The Position

As a Part Time Floor Leader at Lush, you will support the Store Management Team in driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and leading training sessions. You will spend your time on the shop floor, inspiring a team of sales associates to achieve their goals and contribute to the store's success.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models.
• Experience analyzing sales metrics.
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by utilizing the StoreForce dashboard to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor structure to meet sales goals.
• Lead by example in delivering a world-class customer experience, including product demonstrations and consultations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and engage with the community through events and initiatives.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations to customers.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Encourage open communication regarding diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) among team members.
• Manage cash handling, including transactions, opening/closing registers, and preparing nightly deposits.
• Promote attendance and punctuality among employees and monitor breaks for well-being.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing store to enhance the shopping experience.
• Train the team on inventory best practices and support management with inventory tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for operations, product integrity, and workplace safety.
