About The Position

The Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their rental. Maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensures that the customer receives world-class customer service and sales support. The responsibilities also include shuttling customers. This position also ensures vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, which includes cleaning vehicles, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Ability to complete essential functions such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
• Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on their rental
• Maximize revenue opportunities by offering products and services
• Overcome customer objections
• Provide world-class customer service and sales support
• Shuttle customers
• Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
