We're seeking inclusive and committed part-time flex schedule Warehouse Pickers/loaders to join Frito-Lay, where you will be responsible for various warehouse duties in our state-of-the-art automated warehouse, referred to as (GES) Geographic Enterprise System. With a self-selected flexible schedule, of anywhere from 0-28 hours per week, this position provides an excellent opportunity for those seeking part-time employment to balance work and personal commitments. Shifts are available for 4 hours at a time, you can sign-up for back-to-back shifts but cannot exceed more than 11.5 consecutive hours. Shift segments are variable, employees sign up for their schedule based on weekly shift availability. Shifts are typically offered Saturday, Sunday-Thursday (shifts will not be typically available from 12 PM - 8 PM, or Friday night 5 PM- Saturday night at 8 PM). Shifts and schedules are subject to change based on business needs. Shifts are available on a first come first serve basis. To maintain employment, you must work a minimum of 4 hrs. every 8 weeks.

  • Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
  • Pick appropriate product according to order using required technology.
  • Carton unloading, sorting, orienting, bailing & trailer loading prep.
  • Proper cart handling and storage throughout the warehouse & trailers loading and unloading process.
  • Individuals will be required to successfully complete certifications in various tasks.
  • General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (e.g., you may be asked to sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash, etc.)
  • Ensure successful individual performance by meeting or exceeding performance time standards.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • You can stand and walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • You are willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
  • You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.
  • Vacation time, including two weeks after one year of continuous, full-time employment and eligibility for up to one week during the first year.
