The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) role is designed to fit a flexible lifestyle, requiring availability during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. The associate will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller
  • Developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal
  • Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization
  • Be at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work
  • Embrace a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Timely arrival to work
  • Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons
