The Flex Sales Associate will embody the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) role is designed to fit a flexible lifestyle, requiring the associate to be available during peak hours to provide exceptional customer experiences and support store operations. Associates will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, fostering a connection to people's loves. An assessment will be emailed upon application submission. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

Requirements

  • You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
  • You have developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
  • You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work
  • Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work
  • Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
  • Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
