The Flex Sales Associate role is designed for the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This part-time position offers flexibility, allowing associates to work during peak hours to support store operations and inspire customers by sharing product knowledge and styling jewellery.
Requirements
- Demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
- Developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
- Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work.
- A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
- Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
- Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
