The Flex Sales Associate will embody the ultimate Pandora Fan, tasked with delivering world-class customer experiences, surpassing sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, primarily during peak hours, to support store operations and inspire customers by sharing product knowledge and styling advice. Applicants will be required to complete an assessment via email upon application submission.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate being a results-oriented seller.
  • Developed a sense of Care in communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • At least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Timely arrival to work.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
  • Reliable support and ability to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
