About The Position

Pandora, the world's largest jewellery brand, is seeking a Part Time Flex Sales Associate for its Disney Springs location. This role is for an ultimate Pandora Fan who will deliver a world-class experience, exceed sales goals, and engage customers. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you will work during peak hours, supporting store operations and inspiring customers with product knowledge to help them style their jewellery. The position requires the completion of an assessment after application submission.

Requirements

• Demonstrate being a results-oriented seller.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years or older and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Timely arrival to work.
• Flexible Schedule to work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Provide reliable support during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
