About The Position

The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. This role is responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. The associate will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. This is a part-time role designed to fit a flexible lifestyle, requiring the completion of an assessment upon application submittal.

Requirements

• Demonstrate being a results-oriented seller.
• Developed a sense of Care in communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Timely arrival to work.
• Ability to work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Provide reliable support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
