Part Time Flex Officer – Centralia, IL Wage: $18.00/HR All interviews will start with a phone screen to ascertain basic eligibility. A second interview will be conducted via video interview. Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Provide detailed report writing. Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• Valid driver's license and a clear driving record required.
• Must have reliable transportation (No public transportation is available).
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!
