About The Position

Part Time Flex Officer Former military / law enforcement encouraged to apply!! Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required. (All our positions will include driver certification)
Have reliable working communication device ( cell phone )
Have a High School Diploma or GED or be willing to complete the GED program within six months
Average to above average computer skills
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift
Willing to participate in the Company's Security Officer pre-employment screening process, including drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are used) and background investigation (drug screen includes THC)
Have the legal right to work in the United States
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Have reliable transportation ( private transportation is required), (No public transportation is available)

Nice To Haves

Customer service background preferred
Security experience a plus

Responsibilities

Conflict resolution and De-escalation
Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions
Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity
Provide detailed written witness reports
