About The Position
Under the direction of the Financial Aid Director, the Student Finance Coach assists prospective students in all pre-enrollment aspects of the financial aid and finance/bursar processes by providing accurate information regarding funding and payment. In addition, the Student Finance Coach/Advisor services current and former students by providing superior customer service, Financial Aid processing, loan counseling, and payment options.
