Requirements

• Expertise in multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, tile work, and drywall.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Familiarity with the tools needed for various tasks (not required to own all tools).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with customers, team members, and management.
• Clean-cut, organized, and presentable with a reliable vehicle.
• Proactively identify opportunities for additional work and build lasting trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Repair or Replace bathroom faucet, toilet, light switch, window, door hardware, kitchen faucet, light fixtures, exhaust fan, garbage disposal, pet door install, replace the microwave above stove, mailbox replacement, carpentry work, drywall, and painting.
