About The Position

The Park CDC is seeking a Program Assistant to support the Director of Programming & Strategic Partnerships with its Affordable Housing, Healthy Living, and Economic Mobility programs. This individual will assist with the program operations and reporting as well as partnership cultivation and communications.

Requirements

Eligibility for Federal Work-Study Program and financial need
Current enrollment of 6 credit hours or more in an approved program at Central Piedmont Community College
Satisfactory academic standing by maintaining a 2.0 GPA or higher
Satisfactory telephone and customer service skills

Responsibilities

E-mail management (overseeing the DPSP & own e-mail accounts)
Calendar management (overseeing the DPSP & own e-mail accounts)
Asana project management
Scheduling and attending introductory meetings with prospective partner
Taking notes on meeting discussions and providing DPSP with summary
Assisting with scheduling, planning, and facilitation of program workshops and events
Attending Healthy Living and Economic Mobility Program workshops and events as available
Tracking program curriculum materials inventory
Assisting with the design, distribution, and analysis of pre and post program surveys
Capturing workshop photos/videos and recording participant testimonials
Sending workshop/event preparation and follow up communications to community partners
Sharing workshop summary details with Program and Marketing Teams
Evaluating program progress with respect to monthly/quarterly/year-end goals and objectives
Identifying and registering DPSP for professional development opportunities
Supervision of volunteers and program-related activities
