About The Position

St. Martha is looking to hire a Part-Time Faith Formation employee. This individual will work closely with the Parish Catechetical Leader to support faith formation programs and help nurture the spiritual growth of our parish community.

Requirements

• Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
• Passion for faith formation and parish ministry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in religious education or catechesis (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing faith formation programs.
• Support catechists and volunteers in their roles.
• Help coordinate sacramental preparation activities.
• Engage with families and parishioners to foster faith development.
• Administrative duties as needed.
