About The Position
Penn State Hazleton is seeking qualified part-time faculty to teach undergraduate courses in Arts and Humanities. These courses are classified as GA and GH general education courses in the University Bulletin . A wide variety of courses may be offered, depending on the disciplinary strength of applicants . Course will be taught in person on the Penn State Hazleton campus.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline (or closely related field) is required
Nice To Haves
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching at the college level
- Teaching assignments may include day or evening times and various methods of course delivery
- Most teaching assignments will be in-person, with occasional opportunities for hybrid or online teaching
