About The Position

Penn State Hazleton is seeking qualified part-time faculty to teach undergraduate courses in Social Science courses including but not limited to Psychology, Sociology, and Rehabilitation and Human Service courses . Courses will be taught in person on the Penn State Hazleton campus.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline (or closely related field) is required

Nice To Haves

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching at the college level
• Teaching assignments may include day or evening times and various methods of course delivery.
• Most classes will be in-person, with occasional opportunities for hybrid or online teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Social Science courses including but not limited to Psychology, Sociology, and Rehabilitation and Human Service courses
