About The Position
The Humanities Department at Roosevelt University seeks to hire adjunct faculty for the BA in Graphic Design program at our University Campus at McHenry County College in Crystal Lake, IL. The part-time faculty member in this position will teach Graphic Design courses based in professional graphic design skills, which may include the principles and elements of graphic design, color theory, typography, page layout, digital imaging and illustration, web design, motion graphics, photography, and video. We have immediate need for instructors to teach Visual Identity & Branding, and Digital Imaging & Illustration (Photoshop & Illustrator) at our University Campus at McHenry County College in Crystal Lake, Illinois. These 2 classes are taught in-person. Other courses to be taught at the Crystal Lake campus include: Multimedia Design (UI/UX), Animation, Packaging Design, Publication Design, Portfolio + Internship, and Graphic Design Capstone.
