About The Position

The position involves teaching courses in the Higher Education track for the EDAD program, providing in-depth knowledge of higher education, and expertise in research methodology. Requirements

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • A doctoral degree in higher education administration or related field.
  • Five or more years full-time experience in higher education administration.
  • Knowledge of higher education law, policies, and regulations, and of higher education financial operations, assessment, evaluation, and accreditation.

  • Experience in student advising or mentoring.
  • A demonstrable track record of scholarly research, publications, or contributions to the field of higher education administration.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in higher education administration, such as student information systems and database management tools.

  • The capacity to collaborate with colleagues, faculty, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals and solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success.
