About The Position

NorthWest Arkansas Community College is seeking qualified applicants to establish a pool for part-time and/or substitute instructors in this discipline. Applications will be kept on file for the fiscal year ending June 30. When a position becomes available, the hiring department will review the applications on file. After each fiscal year end the application will expire and a new application must be completed to remain in the applicant pool. Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is required.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
• Instructional experience at a community college or other post-secondary institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply design principles across various media and projects
• Create and edit digital photography assets
• Develop and design websites
• Produce 3D animations for visual communication
• Plan, produce, and edit video content
• Design page layouts for print and digital formats
• Develop logos and corporate identities
• Design and refine user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI)
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite software products to complete design tasks
