About The Position
The Natural Sciences and Engineering Department at Point Park University invites applications for adjunct instructors to teach Electrical Engineering courses during the Spring 2026 semester (January 19 - May 8, 2026). Available Courses (Indicate which courses you are available to teach in your cover letter): Circuit Analysis: Thursdays, 2:40 PM - 5:40 PM Circuit Analysis lab: Thursdays, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Electronics lecture and lab: Tuesday or Thursday evenings Advanced Power course: TBD, evenings
Requirements
- A Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field or a PE in Electrical Engineering with extensive field experience
- Applicants must live in the area where classes are taught, or willing to travel to class location at own expense.
Nice To Haves
- Teaching experience at the college level is preferred but not required.
