About The Position

The DePaul University School of Music seeks a highly qualified music education faculty member for a term faculty position (i.e., full-time, fully benefitted non-tenure-eligible position with possibility for annual renewal and eventual multi-year contracts) who is aligned with the mission and values of both the school and the university. Responsibilities for this position will include teaching undergraduate and graduate music education coursework, particularly those courses with a choral emphasis. Additionally, the successful candidate will assume other responsibilities consistent with preference and expertise, including advising, collaboration with faculty and School of Music leadership, supervision of master's theses projects, as well as development of community outreach, recruitment, and administrative duties.
