About The Position

The School of STEM Department of Engineering Technology at Vermont State University invites applications for a Part-Time teaching position for Spring 2026 (January 20 - May 15, 2026). The course to be taught is ARE 2052 - Architectural Design II 6 hours of studio laboratory instruction per week at VTSU Randolph Campus The design projects in this course involve commercial buildings and real-world building projects. The student learns to work with zoning, building codes, and users while developing oral and graphic communication and presentation skills. The student works in a team on these projects to simulate real-world working dynamics. Projects are presented to a jury of architecture faculty and practicing architects.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or better in a related field or equivalent experience in the field

Nice To Haves

  • Teaching experience at the college level is preferable.
