Responsibilities include guest banking for all takeout checks, using point of sale equipment to enter orders for kitchen personnel, and closing out checks. The individual must act as a role model for the company, responding positively to questions and maintaining great guest relations. Attention to detail is crucial, as the individual must ensure that all items are correct, potentially hundreds of times over, in the Season Express, checks, and showcase. The position also requires the ability to perform under stressful conditions in confined spaces, work in a non-smoking area, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
