Requirements
- Strong communicators (no sales experience required)
- Coachable, competitive mindset
- Weekend availability is non-negotiable

Responsibilities
- Work high-traffic events and home shows
- Confidently approach and engage homeowners
- Qualify properly (Own home • Interest • Wet area • Decision makers present)
- Set in-home design consultations
- Represent a premium remodeling brand with pride
