About The Position
Clean Team Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Cleaning & Floor Care Technician to support our commercial cleaning operations in Grand Rapids, MI . This role works with our evening crews to help maintain facilities and assist with periodic floor care projects. This position is a great fit for someone who is reliable, flexible, and comfortable with hands-on work , and who takes pride in maintaining clean and professional environments.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move cleaning equipment
- Availability to work evening/night shifts , with occasional weekend work
Nice To Haves
- Prior janitorial or floor maintenance experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Support commercial cleaning teams at various client locations
- Assist with routine nightly janitorial duties when needed
- Complete scheduled floor care services including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, sealing, and refinishing
- Perform carpet cleaning, stain treatment, and extraction as required
- Safely operate floor machines and cleaning equipment
- Help deliver and organize cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow company safety standards and proper chemical handling procedures
