About The Position

The Penn State Berkey Creamery is seeking highly motivated individuals to assist with administrative duties in our Ecommerce Department in part time positions. This job requires customer service experience and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Those with experience using the computer programs Magento and ShipStation are preferred, but not required. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. We offer flexible scheduling based on class and/or activity schedules. The starting rate for this job is $12.00/hour.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer phone calls
  • Answering customer emails
  • Assisting customers with placing orders
  • Assisting customers with special requests
  • Printing shipping labels
  • Creating reshipments
  • Creating reports
  • Conducting inventory
  • Uploading inventory to the website
